Tunisia: IMF predicts 5% inflation rate in 2015

According to the latest International Monetary Fund (IMF) report, the average inflation rate in Tunisia is expected to be 5.7% for 2014, given the conduct observed in the first half, a depreciation of the currency and an increase in administered energy prices and the minimum wage.

Thus, through prudent monetary policy and a strong agricultural campaign, inflation will drop at the end of 2014 reach an average of 5% in 2015.
