Indicators of the labor market grew significantly from the beginning of the year until August 10, compared with the same period last year.
According to a memo published by the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment, the number of job offers is 64,915 with 11.7% for executives.
During this same period, employment services conducted 30,632 job operations, up nearly 15% compared to 2011.
Some 73,543 job seekers, 60% of whom graduates have benefited of employment support programs.
Regarding self-employment, 1,231 projects were funded and helped generate 1,846 employment positions divided as follows: Sfax (11%), Siliana, (10%), Tunisia (9.5%) and Gabes (9%).
In addition, the national agency for employment and self-employment recorded 2,023 employment contracts abroad, including 1,111 in France, 593 in Saudi Arabia, 140 in Qatar and 95 in the United Arab Emirates.
