As part of financing the development program of the company Land’Or and consolidation of its financial situation, an Extraordinary General Assembly will be held on November 19, 2021 to decide to increase the company’s share capital.
The latter will be thus increased by an amount of 3.4 million dinars, from 11.2 to 14.6 million dinars. This will be done by the creation and the issue of 3.408.007 new ordinary shares at the issue price of 9 dinars each.
A negotiable subscription right is attached to each old share.
The shareholders may individually waive the exercise of the preferential subscription right.
If the subscriptions do not reach the totality of the increase in capital, the Board of Directors will have the right to cancel the subscription for new shares, limit the amount of the capital increase to the amount subscribed provided that it reaches 3/4 of the amount of the contemplated increase or offer all or part of the unsubscribed shares to the public.
