Tunisia: Land’Or’s deficit for H1 2023 already exceeds that for whole of 2022

Land’Or’s interim financial statements for the first half of 2023 show positive shareholders’ equity of TND 91,021,025, including a net loss for the period of TND 2,410,489.

The total revenues of Hatem Denguezli’s company increased by more than TND 11.2 million year-on-year. But its operating costs also rose by more than TND 13.6 million.

At the operating level, the results of just over TND 3 million were down to TND 0.693 million.

Add to this net financial charges which rose from TND 1.3 million to TND 3 million year-on-year, and the net result for June 2022 (TND 1.411 million), is now only a deficit of TND 2.41 at the end of June 2023.

This deficit already exceeds the TND 0.741 million negative result for the entire 2022 financial year.
