The Economist Intelligence Unit published a study on “best country to be born in.”
“This ranking is based on a number of criteria such as life expectancy, per capita income, quality health services and education, access to culture, family policies, the rate of crime, etc…
It takes into account the country’s economic prospects in 2030 and also relies on a people satisfaction survey.
Tunisia was ranked 59th in the world, behind Algeria (54th) and Iran (58th) but outperforms Morocco (66th). It is interesting to note that Nordic countries monopolize the top spots while Southern countries, known for their sun and the “dolce vita” lag behind.
