A partnership agreement was signed on Thursday, October 9 between CEO of the German National Metrology Institute Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB), Christin Kulgemeyer and Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining, Kamel Ben Naceur, in the presence the Minister of Trade, Najla Harrouche Maala.
The agreement covers the implementation of the project “Skill Development in Quality Assurance for Export.” It provides for equipping Tunisian companies with a range of calibration services offered by skilled Tunisian providers to facilitate their access to external markets.
It should be noted that the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany has provided to the PTB a maximum amount of two million Euros under German contribution to the project, which will last 4 years.
