Open-Skies talks will be launched in the first half of 2012, announced, Thursday, the Ministry of Transport, saying services of the department concerned will present an upcoming program thereon to the Government.
The Ministry reiterated in a statement released Thursday that the joint declaration signed on February 2, 2012, in Brussels (Belgium), by the Interim Prime Minister and the President of the European Commission, provides for the launch of talks on liberalization of airspace “Open Sky,” during the first half of 2012.
