Talend, a global Big Data integration software leader, on Thursday announced that “Orange Tunisie,” a subsidiary of the Orange Group and first 3G network operator and fixed-line telephone in Tunisia, has deployed Talend Enterprise Data Integration in order to improve the follow-up of its operational activities through CDR analysis (Call Data Records).
“Orange Tunisie,” who worked along with the System Integrator Keyrus Tunisie, Talend’s platinum partner, analyses up to 70 million of record on a daily basis in order to improve its customer knowledge, optimize its network, control invoicing, create new services and detect incidents.
