Tunisia: PGH partners with NGO Education for Employment

As part of strengthening its HRM policy, PGH has sealed a strategic partnership with NGO Education for Employment (EFE). The project aims to connect young people seeking job to employment opportunities in key economic sectors.

To this end, a ceremony was held March 26, 2015, in the presence of Zied Ladhari, Minister of Vocational Training and Employment and Abdelwahab Ben Ayed and during which 12 new recruits of PGH received certificates after specific accelerated training in “Sales Force.”

During the ceremony, a second partnership between PGH and EFE Tunisia was sealed through an agreement signed by Abdelwahab Ben Ayed CEO of PGH and Donia Ellouze, President of the Board of Directors of EFE-Tunisia on the project Poulina Academy for higher graduates whose studies are based on cultural training in addition to the academic aspect.

With these two partnerships, PGH confirms its status as a recruiter embracing new international techniques in HRM and HRD.
