Poulina Group Holding (PGH) has just published its consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, which will be submitted for approval to the Annual General Meeting to be held on June 12, 2024.
Over the past year, the Poulina Group doubled its net profit to 129.6 million dinars, compared with 65.7 million dinars in 2022. This is due to the fact that the Group’s revenues are rising at a faster rate than operating costs.
In fact, the Poulina Group has seen its revenues rise by 10% to 3.4 billion dinars, compared with 3.16 billion dinars in 2022. Operating expenses rose by 8% to 3.14 billion dinars.
As a result, operating income picked up by 30% to 345.2 million dinars, compared with 265.1 million a year earlier.
Net financial expenses rose again last year to 219.4 million dinars, compared with 203 million in 2022, representing growth of around 8%.
Investment income grew from 24.2 million dinars in December 2022 to 27.5 million dinars last December.
