Tunisia- property: Essoukna and SIMPAR’s sales up, Sits’ down

The Essoukna Company, headed by Mohamed Ali Ayed reported sales of 21.5 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) at end December 2013 against 22.2 MTD to the end of December 2012.

The company also announced a gross value added up 15% compared to 2012 (7.795 MTD to December 31, 2013 against 6.768 MTD to December 31, 2012).

On Its part, SIMPAR Company said its turnover almost doubled, exceeding 37.066 MTD against only 18.453 MTD at the end of 2012. Both are subsidiaries of the BNA (Banque Nationale Agricole).

Sits Company led by Egyptian Adel Abourrakha reported a turnover in sales contracts of 16.1 MTD at the end of 2013, against 18.7 MTD at the end of 2012.

Total revenue is down from 19.3 MTD to 16.9 MTD at the end of the year. The company where STUSID Bank is shareholder seemed not in good shape!
