Investments related to projects costing more than 5 MD increased by 4.6% from 1,006.9 MD during the first five months of 2017 to 1,052.8 MD during the same period of 2018.
These projects will create 6545 jobs, compared to 8,206 jobs in the first five months of 2017, i.e. a decrease of 20.2%. This was stated in the APII business letter.
Projects of 5 MDs or more, which represent 4.6% of the number of reported projects and 23.7% of the number of jobs, account for 66.2% of all reported investments.
Of the 87 projects (I> 5 MD) reported during the first five months of 2018, twenty-two projects totaled an investment amount of 521.7 MD, or 49.6% of the total investment (I> 5 MD ).
