The year 2025 ended with a moderate decrease in the financial indicators of société L’Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs, in a generally challenging economic context. The 2025 financial year saw a decrease in turnover, both at the individual and group levels.
Individual turnover thus stood at 23.2 million dinars, showing a decline of 8.2% compared to the 25.3 million dinars recorded in 2024.
As for the group’s total revenue, it reached 27.4 million dinars, compared to 29.2 million a year earlier, a contained drop of 6.3%.
Overall profitability holds up
Despite the contraction in revenues, L’Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs demonstrates strong resilience at the profit level, limiting the impact of the decline in activity on its margins.
At the individual net income level, profit contracted slightly by 4.3%, rising to 2.5 million dinars, compared to 2.7 million at the close of the 2024 financial year.
The Group’s net profit, for its part, amounted to 2.7 million dinars, marking a decrease of only 3.5% compared to the 2.8 million dinars of the previous year.
In light of these results, which reflect controlled cost management, the board of directors decided to maintain its distribution policy.
Accordingly, a dividend of 0.315 dinars per share (i.e., 31.5% of par value) will be proposed at the next Ordinary General Assembly, convened for Thursday, June 25, 2026, compared to 0.450 dinars last year.
