The highway Sfax-Gabes will be operational by the end of 2016 and that, following the resolution of problems hindering its timely completion.
In a statement given to AfricanManager, CEO of “Tunisie Autoroutes” Ahmed Elkamel said the work, which started in March 2010, is making significant progress.
He also recalled that this project, whose cost is estimated at 817 million dinars, spans 155 kilometers and covers the realization of 5 interchanges, 10 major bridges, 71 other bridges, 195 water works, 6 rest areas and 5 toll stations.
