The growth in beer sales volumes by the SFBT (Tunisian Beverage Manufacturing Company) continued during the third quarter of the current year.
Indeed, the volume of beer sales recorded a 5% rise in the third quarter of 2019 to 640 thousand hectoliters. In total, the volume of beer sales over the first nine months is close to 140 million liters.
Likewise, the volume of soft drinks sales resumed its upward trend during the third quarter posting a 4.5% increase with 640 thousand hectoliters sold, against 612 thousand hectoliters sold in the third quarter of last year.
In value, the overall turnover of the SFBT went up by 8% over the first nine months of the year to 533.3 million dinars, against 493.3 million as of September 30, 2018.
