The “Société des Industries Pharmaceutiques de Tunisie” (SIPHAT) has published its activity indicators as at September 30, 2019.
These indicators show a turnover down by 28.5% to 17.5 million dinars, compared to 27.4 million a year earlier.
The export turnover recorded during the first nine months of 2019 amounted to 410 thousand dinars, down 67% compared to the same period in 2018.
As for production, it went from 22.2 million dinars on 30 September 2018 to 15.4 million dinars at the end of last September, down 30%.
In addition, the outstanding debt amounted to 32.2 million dinars at the end of September, compared to 34.7 million a year earlier.
The company’s workforce posted a 4% decrease compared to last year, from 537 employees on September 30, 2018 to 516 employees on September 30, 2019.
