Experts from the Tunisian Ministry of Industry went recently to Doha (Qatar) to negotiate the terms of the tentative agreement signed recently with Qatar Petroleum Group for the realization of the Skhira refinery, reports “France-Moyen-Orient” site.
Meanwhile, other groups (British, Turkish and UAE) are always interested in this project.
Initially it was expected that the refinery, whose cost would reach, according to Minister of Finance, Hassine Dimassi 2,500 MTD, has a processing capacity of 120,000 barrels of oil per day.
