Tunisia: SOMOCER increases its revenues by 12% at end September

Somocer achieved a turnover of 65.4 million dinars at September 30, 2019, against 58.5 million dinars in 2018, up 11.83%.

The local turnover shows an increase of 11,36%, going from 52,1 million dinars in 2018 to 58,074 million dinars in 2019 thanks to a better coverage of the needs of the various local and foreign customers by the launching of new products and different formats.

In the export market, sales rose by 15.69% to 7.4 million dinars in 2019 against 6.4 million dinars in 2018, representing 11.3% of its total turnover.

Production rose by 10.28% to 70.896 million dinars in the first nine months of 2019.

As for investments, they totaled 5.2 million dinars on September 30, 2019, up 10.68%.

In addition, the bank’s commitments increased by 2.06% at the end of September, amounting to 76.179 million MD against a total of 74.639 million MD as of June 30, 2019.

The long- and medium-term debts represent (20.6%) of the total commitment as of September 30, 2019.
