SOTEMAIL has just convened its shareholders to an Ordinary General Meeting, which will be held on Monday, July 05, 2021, in order to rule on the financial statements closed on December 31, 2020.
According to the draft resolutions to be submitted to the approval of the Meeting, the company has incurred a net loss of 6 million dinars, compared to a profit of 2.3 million in 2019.
