The Tunisian Company of Wholesale Markets (SOTUMAG) has just convened its shareholders to the Ordinary General Assembly of the year 2021 to be held next Wednesday, June 22 at the headquarters of the company.
According to the draft resolutions to be submitted for approval of that meeting, SOTUMAG has achieved a net profit of 5.8 million dinars last year, against 4.6 million in 2020, posting a growth of about 26%.
The company proposes the distribution of a dividend of 0.250 dinars per share for the year 2021, against a dividend of 0.150 dinars paid last year.
