The Tunisian Insurance and Reinsurance Company (STAR Assurances) strengthens its real estate branch by increasing the capital of the company “La Lyre Immobilière” by 40 million dinars to 60 million dinars.
Following a decision of the Ordinary General Assembly, held on March 14, 2022, this increase will be made by issuing participatory securities up to 40 million dinars divided into 4 million participatory securities of a nominal value of 10 dinars each – over a period of 17 years.
The subscription will be reserved in totality to the shareholder STAR Assurances.
