SOTUVER announced Thursday that its reference shareholders have signed the contractual documentation on December 16, 2025, for the transfer of shares representing 41.28% of SOTUVER’s capital to B.A Glass BV, a company of the BA Glass group, one of the leading players in the global glass packaging industry.
It should be noted that Compagnie Financière d’Investissement (CFI), acting in concert with the natural and legal persons of the BAYAHI group, currently hold 82.56% of SOTUVER’s capital.
This transaction is part of a strategic review of the shareholding structure, aimed at supporting SOTUVER’s long-term development, strengthening its financial structure, and sustaining its growth prospects.
The effective completion of the transfer remains subject to the fulfillment of the usual suspensive conditions, particularly the obtaining of the required regulatory approvals.
