The Tunis Stock Exchange saw on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 the completion of a block transaction involving 8,000,000 UNIMED shares, representing 25% of the capital of the company, at a price of 11,330 dinars, i.e. an overall amount of 90.6 million dinars.
The capital of the company is 63.4% owned by Ridha Charfeddine, 12.3% by the Tunisian-Kuwaiti Development Consortium (CTKD), 7% by the US SQM Frontier Africa Master Fund and 17% by other shareholders holding less than 5%.
