Tunisia: Taysir Microfinance launches four mobile branches

Taysir Microfinance has recently launched four mobile branches in the governorates of Kef, Siliana, Nabeul (Beni Khaled) and Tunis (Ibn Khaldun) on a total of 10 agencies planned by 2016.

These traveling agencies arranged inside equipped buses aim to bring services closer to customers in popular neighborhoods and poorer regions.

The total project cost is estimated at about 800,000 dinars funded by the Qatari Friendship Fund.

Taysir Microfinance targets people under 35 who want to create their own projects. Since its launch in April 2013, it has granted 400 micro loans and 130 unsecured loans under project self-financing.
