The company TELNET Holding announced that its Board of Directors, meeting on Friday, April 1, 2022, has approved the individual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2021.
It emerges that the Group has achieved last year a net profit of 9.2 million dinars, against a net gain of 7.3 million dinars in 2020, up 26%.
As for the individual financial statements, the company achieved a net profit of 4.8 million dinars, against 4.2 million in 2020, posting a growth of 15%.
In addition, the Board of Directors decided to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.500 dinars per share and to convene the company’s shareholders for a meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly for Monday, May 16, 2022.
