Abdennadher Group’s “SANIMED” total turnover reached TND 7,574,000, down 38% compared to the same period in 2023.
Local sales fell from TND 5,466,000 on March 31, 2023 to TND 4,580,000 on 31 March 2024, a drop of 16%. The management officially explained this decline by “lower demand in a difficult economic climate for the sector”.
Export sales reached 2,994,000 compared to 6,688,000 for the same period in 2023, a drop of 55%. Management attributed the decrease in exports to “supply difficulties, despite a large export order book”.
Production in the first quarter of 2024 was 54% lower than in the same period of 2023. This is stated in SANIMED’s press release without further explanation, as is the case for investments of around TND 254,000 in Q1 2024.
