The Board of Directors of TELNET Holding has agreed on the shareholding of TELNET HOLDING Company in the capital of SYPHAX AIRLINES with up to 25% of its share capital, i.e. two million five hundred thousand dinars.
The newly established SYPHAX AIRLINES is a Tunisian limited liability company, whose principal activity is the organization and operation of passenger services, mails and post, with a capital of ten million Tunisian dinars (10 million TND) divided into one hundred thousand (100,000) shares of a nominal value of one hundred Tunisian Dinars (100 TND) each.
SYPHAX AIRLINES needs a platform for managing its backup activities and information system. Such a platform and expertise are assets for TELNET HOLDING Group.
TELNET HOLDING will provide all the IT services of SYPHAX AIRLINES and develop accordingly its IT skills in aviation to offer them to other airlines in a very profitable niche in terms of offers and selling prices.
