Tunisia: the dinar is at an all-time low

The Tunisian dinar continues to plummet at high speed against the European currency. It was traded in the afternoon of Tuesday, October 23, 2013 at its lowest level, namely 2.2511 dinars for one euro on the currency market.

Events triggered in Tunisia since the revolution, the political assassinations committed this year and the continuing political crisis have made the Tunisian dinar loose over 9.60% of its value since January 1, 2013.
