Tunisia: Tourism receipts exceed €2 billion at end November

Tourism receipts in Tunisia amounted to the equivalent of 6,844 million dinars, at the end of November 2024, compared with 6,411 million dinars for the same period last year.

According to the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT), tourism receipts increased by 433 million dinars compared with the end of November 2023.

Expressed in euros, tourism receipts at the end of November amounted to 2,029 million euros (average monthly exchange rate on the interbank market for the first eleven months of the year: 1 euro = 3.3715 dinars).

The government estimates that by the end of this year there will be 9.8 million tourists, compared with almost 9.4 million in 2023.
