Tourism receipts in Tunisia totaled TND 6.3 billion in the first ten months of the current year, according to figures from the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).
This represents growth of 38% compared with the TND 4.5 billion generated during the same period last year, up more than TND 1.7 billion.
Expressed in euros, tourist receipts amounted to €1.88 billion (average monthly rate on the interbank market over the ten months of the year: 1 euro = 3.3531 dinars).
