Tunisair posted a net loss of 231.9 million dinars in 2020 (after accounting changes), bringing its total accumulated losses to 1.5 billion dinars, according to the draft resolution to be submitted to the Ordinary General Meeting for approval.
The Ordinary General Meeting relating to the 2020 financial year will be held on Tuesday, February 4 at the company’s head office, the national carrier announced Wednesday.
The meeting will approved the Board of Directors‘report on Tunisair’s activity and that of the group for the year 2020, as well as the auditors’ reports on the individual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2020.
