The Board of Directors of TUNISAIR announced on Friday, October 27 that an Ordinary General Meeting of the company will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 10am at the company’s head office.
The annual meeting of shareholders is expected to deliberate on the national carrier’s activity and that of the group for 2019.
According to the draft resolutions to be submitted for approval at the meeting, the company posted a net loss of 183.1 million dinars in 2019, compared with a loss of 234.4 million dinars in 2018.
