Tunisia: two bills on Japanese bond passed

The National Constituent Assembly (NCA) passed at a plenary session held Tuesday, July 15, 2014, two bills. The first involves the transfer of a Japanese bond to the Tunisian government.

Estimated at 22.4 billion yen (equivalent to 323 MTD), the loan is guaranteed by the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC).

The second bill relates to the transfer to the Tunisian state of the bond issued in the Japanese financial market, with a value of 22.4 billion yen (equivalent to 400 MTD) guaranteed by JBIC.
