The company EKUITY Capital, formerly known as CTKD, has announced it has crossed below the 5% threshold in the capital of Laboratoires UNIMED.
This follows the sale of 1.3 million shares, representing 4.06% of the pharmaceutical company’s capital.
EKUITY Capital now holds a direct stake of 4.51% in UNIMED’s capital and states that it intends to continue selling its UNIMED shares.
It is worth recalling that as of August 18, EKUITY Capital had crossed below the 10% threshold in UNIMED’s capital after selling 601 thousand shares.
