Tunisia: UBCI increases its capital

The “Union Bancaire pour le Commerce et l’Industrie” (UBCI) has decided to increase its capital from 80.493,965 to 100.007,645 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) by incorporation of reserves amounting to 19.513,680 MTD.

Based on this decision, the Board of Directors, which met on September 26, 2013, has decided to carry out the capital increase from October 14, 2013.

This capital increase will be carried out through the issuance of 3,902,736 new free shares of nominal value of five (5) dinars each, to be given to the holders of 16,098,793 shares in the current capital, with eight (08) new free shares for thirty-three (33) old shares as well as to assignees of allotment rights from October 14, 2013.
