Tunisia: UTICA organizes businessmen mission in The Hague April 24

A Tunisian delegation of businessmen will accompany Minister of Investment and International Cooperation Riadh Bettaieb in his visit to The Hague on the occasion of the Tunisian-Dutch Information and Partnership Day due April 24.

The participation of the Tunisian delegation is organized by the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA).

The Partnership Day is part of the economic component of the “Month of Tunisia in Netherlands” organized by the Tunisian Embassy to the Netherlands, the UTICA reported.

This day, organized, on the Dutch side, with the Dutch employers’ organization VNO-NCH and the Dutch Council for Investment and Trade NCH, is part of a global promotional campaign for the benefit of the new Tunisia.

It will be an opportunity for Tunisian companies meet with their Dutch counterparts, establish business relationships and develop new opportunities for bilateral and tripartite partnership in light of the new post-Revolution economic context.

Relevant sectors are: food industry (olive oil, agricultural processing …), Textile, IT, IT solutions, environment (green economy, sanitation, water management …), construction, chemicals, electrical and electronics, transportation, energy, health for seniors…

The UTICA plans to sign on the occasion of this day an agreement with its Dutch counterpart on the creation of a Tunisian-Dutch Business Council.
