Low cost airline Vueling has announced the launch of a new summer service between Barcelona and Tunis, its second destination in Africa launched in 2014 after Dakar.
From 20 June to 16 September 2014, the Spanish subsidiary specializing in cheap flights from IAG group (British Airways + Iberia) will offer two flights per week between its base at Barcelona-El Prat and the capital Tunis, operated in Airbus A320 with 180 seats.
The days of operation as schedules vary according to the period, with flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays in June and July, and Wednesdays and Thursdays in August and September, for a total of 8,900 seats for this seasonal service.
Vueling will compete directly with Tunisair on this route.
