Tunisian-Saudi Bank increases its capital by 70 million dinars

A recently held extraordinary General Assembly approved the launch of the process of increasing the share capital of the Tunisian Saudi Bank (TSB).

The increase will be of an amount of 70 million dinars, which would raise the capital of TSB to 170 million dinars.

The operation will be carried out through the creation of 700,000 registered shares, with a nominal value of 100 dinars each, to be subscribed in full and in cash with the possibility of paying up half.

The bank, last year, made a net profit of 3.7 million dinars, against a record net loss of 14.8 million in 2020 and a deficit of 2.8 million in 2019.
