Tunisia: IMF revises growth forecast down

In its World Economic Outlook report released Tuesday in Washington, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has revised down its growth forecast for Tunisia to 2% in 2016, against an earlier projection of 3%. This rate could reach 3% in 2017.

The IMF, however, expects an improvement in Tunisia’s inflation rate, i.e. from 4.9% in 2015 to 4% in 2016 and to 3.9% in 2017.
