Tunisia: tourism revenues up 85% to nearly TND 4 billion at end of November

Tunisia’s cumulative tourism revenues reached 3.9 billion dinars at the end of the eleven months of the current year, against 2.1 billion dinars during the same period of 2021.

Indeed, tourism revenues surged 85% (+1.8 billion dinars), according to data from the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).

In dollar terms, revenues from the tourism sector stood at $1.25 billion at the end of November (average monthly rate of the dollar = 3.104 dinars).
