The Board of Directors of Assurances MAGHREBIA Vie, which met on 10 March 2023, reviewed the company’s activities during the 2022 financial year and approved the financial statements for that year.
It emerged that the company achieved a net profit of 16.1 million dinars last year, compared with 12.6 million in 2021, up around 28%.
The company recorded a 13% increase in premiums written, at the end of last year, to 105.3 million dinars, compared to 93.1 million in 2021, and net claims expenses of 42.1 million dinars, compared to 35.8 million, an increase of 17.4%.
The net financial income will be 35.5 million dinars in 2022 compared to 31.3 million dinars in 2021, up 13.4%.
The Board of Directors of Assurances MAGHREBIA Vie has decided to propose the payment of a dividend of 0.291 dinars per share and to convene the company’s shareholders to an Ordinary General Meeting on April 18, 2023.
