At its meeting on Wednesday, March 26, the Board of Directors of the Société de Fabrication des Boissons de Tunisie (SFBT) reviewed the company’s activities during the 2024 financial year and approved the company and consolidated financial statements for 2024, which were submitted to the statutory auditors.
The individual financial statements show a net profit of 252.1 million dinars, compared with 253.5 million dinars in 2023.
The consolidated (Group) financial statements show a net profit of 296.4 million dinars, compared to 295.5 million dinars in 2023, and a Group share in net profit (RNPG) of 282.9 million dinars, compared to 281.7 million dinars.
In addition, the Board of Directors has decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting on Wednesday 7 May 2025 at 10 a.m. at the Arab Institute of Business Managers (IACE) and to propose the payment of a dividend of 0.800 dinars per share, compared with 0.740 dinars last year.
