Cruise company TUI Marella will bring its passengers back to the Tunisian capital for the first time in 10 years during the winter of 2026, when Tunis is included in the Mediterranean Moments, itinerary of the adults-only ship Marella Explorer 2.
The cruise, departing on October 29, will dock at La Goulette, along with stops in Valletta (Malta), Alicante, and Almería (Spain).
This marks Marella’s first return to Tunisia since the 2015 terrorist attacks.
Another new destination added for winter 2026 is Tangier, Morocco, featured in the Atlantic Treasure itinerary of the adults-only Marella Discovery 2.
Departing from Las Palmas (Gran Canaria), the route will also include Lisbon (Portugal), Arrecife (Spain), and the Canary Islands’ Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, and Santa Cruz.
Additional new itineraries include Caribbean cruises from Barbados aboard the Marella Explorer 2, such as the seven-night Cocktails and Coconuts cruise from Bridgetown, with stops in St. John’s (Antigua), Philipsburg (St. Maarten), Road Town (British Virgin Islands), Basseterre (St. Kitts), and Fort-de-France (Martinique).
The Exotic Islands route will depart from Bridgetown (Barbados) to Castries (St. Lucia), Willemstad (Curaçao), Oranjestad (Aruba), Kralendijk (Bonaire), and St. George’s (Grenada).
