Tunisia: CMF calls on listed companies to file business indicators by April 20 at latest

The Financial Market Council (CMF) has called on listed companies to file their quarterly activity indicators at the board level and at the Tunis Stock Exchange no later than twenty days after the end of each quarter of the financial year (April 20, 2020).

In a press release published on Thursday, the CMF said that listed companies must proceed with the publication of those quarterly indicators in the official bulletin of the CMF and in a daily newspaper appearing in Tunis.

It specified that these indicators must be set in accordance with the provisions of Article 44 a of the CMF regulation on public offerings 2 and the indicators set by sector in Annex 11 of the same regulation.
