The company GAT Assurances has released its consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2024, which will be submitted for approval during its ordinary general assembly meeting on Friday, May 30.
According to key financial data extracted from the financial statements and accompanying notes, the GAT Assurances Group reported consolidated revenue of 332.1 million dinars in 2024, compared to 322.2 million dinars the previous year, representing a 3% growth.
This revenue consists of 259.7 million dinars (78%) from GAT Assurances and 72.3 million dinars (22%) from GAT VIE.
As for the net profit, it increased by 8%, reaching 32.2 million dinars at the end of December 2024, compared to 29.8 million dinars at the same date in 2023.
The non-life insurance segment generated a technical profit of 26.5 million dinars (including reinsurance acceptances), up slightly from 26.3 million dinars in 2023 (+1%). Meanwhile, the life insurance segment recorded a technical profit of 7 million dinars, compared to 6.6 million dinars in 2023 (+7%).
Additionally, as of the end of 2024, the GAT Assurances Group’s investments totaled 699.1 million dinars, up from 634 million dinars in 2023, reflecting a 10.3% increase.
