The Confederation of Tunisian Citizen Enterprises (CONECT), through its professional group “CONECT InTech”, announced on Saturday the organization of a business mission to Mauritania from July 19 to 23, bringing together a Tunisian delegation composed of startups, tech SMEs, and key players from the Tunisian digital ecosystem.
The objective is to strengthen Tunisian-Mauritanian partnerships in digital and innovation. This mission is part of a strategic dynamic aimed at reinforcing economic and technological bridges between Tunisia and Mauritania, through a series of institutional meetings and targeted B2B sessions to promote the emergence of structuring partnerships.
The participating Tunisian companies cover a wide range of expertise in the fields of digital, fintech, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
CONECT aims to bring together and support Tunisian tech companies in their international development, while positioning Tunisia as a regional hub for innovation and digital technology.
The mission also reflects the desire to encourage South-South cooperation and to create sustainable economic synergies between the Tunisian and Mauritanian ecosystems.
According to the Confederation, “this mission marks a new stage in consolidating bilateral relations, with a clear objective: to showcase Tunisian know-how, facilitate access to African markets, and build sustainable partnerships in high-potential sectors.”
