Dutch entrepreneurs on Tuesday in Lobito City, central B enguela Province of Angola, said the city is a safe for all types of investments .
Speaking to the press, on the fringes of a meeting with the Benguela Province au thorities, the head of the visiting Dutch entrepreneurial mission, Vincent Van H a lsema, said the tranquillity on the streets gave assurances that Angola was a sa f e country.
Halsema said his delegation was enthusiastic about the fact that Angola had seve ral sectors that could be explored on large scale.
The Dutch delegation, made up of 15 businessmen, will invest in agriculture, cat tle-breeding and the dairy products industry.
In the meeting with officials of the Benguela Province government, the Dutch ent repreneurs were informed of various business opportunities, mainly in agricultur e .
According to the provincial director of the department of agriculture, rural dev elopment and fisheries, Abrantes Sequesseque, Benguela needs investors that can e stablish partnerships with Angolan firms to develop the country’s agricultural s e ctor.
The Dutch entrepreneurs, who have been in Angola since Monday, also visited Huil a Province and is expected Wednesday in Huambo Province.
