Egyptian businessman and owner of Dream TV, Ahmed Bahjat, plans to launch five mega projects in Tunisia for which he is expecting the final agreement of the Tunisian authorities.
They include, primarily a tourist project in El Manar under the form of a resort combining leisure and hotel stay, including hotels, an amusement park and a large mall.
The Egyptian businessman also plans to invest in agricultural lands in the governorate of Zaghouan for the construction of plants in various specialties in addition to the launch of a television channel in Tunisia.
The realization of these projects depends on the approval of the Tunisian government and the provision of lands dedicated to them, especially as the tourism project of El Manar is a huge project similar to that of Dreamland in Egypt and need an extensive area.
Egyptian Investors called on Tunisian businessmen to participate in these projects that are likely to contribute to growth and job creation.
