French Ambassador to Tunisia, Anne Guéguen, inaugurated on Tuesday, alongside Tunisian Minister of Health, Mustapha Ferjani, and Libyan Deputy Minister of Health, Saaddine Saied, the forum for the joint development of the health sectors.
Guéguen said that the aim of the forum is to bring together all the players in the health sector to forge fruitful partnerships to strengthen health systems and better meet the needs of the Tunisian and Libyan populations in the medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological fields.
She added that “health is a fundamental right, a pillar of social development and a sector of economic growth for our three countries (France, Tunisia and Libya)”.
