Kuwait topped the list of real estate investments in Jordan in the last eight months through investing in 967 projects.
Official statistics showed that Iraqi investors came second with 846 projects, while Saudi investors came in third place.
In terms of value, the Iraqis topped the list through investing USD 112 million followed by the USA with USD 24 million while Saudi came third with USD 20 million and Kuwait came fourth with USD 16 million.
Regarding real estate operations within the last eight months, the statistics showed that around USD 3.9 billion were pumped into the real estate scene, a decrease of 38 percent from last year’s numbers.
